Instead, we partner with Marzucco Real Estate, a Florida-licensed brokerage, to help agents get properly sponsored, onboarded, and set up for success.
Your real estate license is held with Marzucco Real Estate, which serves as your broker of record and supervising brokerage in accordance with Florida law.
A-WARD WINNING REALTY operates independently and offers optional mentorship, deal assistance, referrals, and professional collaboration—without supervision, control, or employment.
How This Partnership Works
- You apply, onboard, and affiliate directly with Marzucco Real Estate
- Marzucco Real Estate is your sponsoring and supervising broker
- A-WARD WINNING REALTY may, at your request:
- Provide mentorship and education
- Assist with deal analysis and transaction strategy
- Participate in referral or collaborative transactions

A-WARD WINNING REALTY does not supervise licensees, review contracts for compliance, hold licenses for agents, act as a broker of record for agents, or exercise brokerage control over agents.
All participation with A-WARD WINNING REALTY is voluntary, non-exclusive, and independent.
